BACK TO THE FUTURE

Halswell United AFC are pleased to confirm the appointment of ex NZ International Tania Neill as our Premier Women's coach for the 2019 season.

"She is a role model for our younger players and a great example of what is possible if you are good enough and work hard", said Club President Kevin Clarke.

"We've taken time to ensure its a good fit for everyone and we are pleased that Tania will now be able to add her considerable expertise to our football programme."

A six time NZ international, Tania is no stranger to Halswell having had a successful career here in the 90's and is looking forward to returning to the Nest with the intention of adding real value to our up and coming female players.

"I want to ensure our intention to offer a positive environment for our women players to enjoy their football, is on the mark and to enable them compete with the best. I'm looking to set realistic goals in the short term, with a long term view to helping put Halswell back at the top on the Christchurch football scene."
